| A Leistungskurs forms part of a student's sixth form programme of study. However, unlike the teaching given in a Grundkurs, the subject chosen for a Leistungskurs is explored in much greater depth and detail. Four subjects are offered for the final leaving certificate ( Abitur), of which two are Leistungskurse carrying double the weighting. |
